  • SUPER QUICK & EASY CHRISTMAS TREE BROWNIES!

    Hey guys!

I know Christmas is right around the corner and we're all really busy this time of the year running around trying to get last minute gifts in and preparing for holiday parties, etc.

I am definitely a last minute type of person, so today I decided to share a really easy to make Christmas tree brownie recipe that I found recently. These treats are so fun and easy to make, and they are just the PERFECT thing to serve or bring to a holiday party. You might see different ways to make it when you search for recipes, but this is the way I prefer to do it.

    Here is what you'll need:
    • 1 box of brownie mix (you can make your own if you want)
    • 1 box of candy canes
    • Sprinkles of your choice
    • Green icing (you can also use white frosting with green dye if you want)

Since I am trying to show you the easiest and quickest way to do this treat, everything is basically from a box but it still tastes and looks really good!

First off, you follow the instructions to bake the brownies. I used a 9x9 baking pan for mine. Make sure you use non-stick spray so you can easily remove the brownies from the pan!

Step 1: After it is done baking, I cut them all into small triangles. I waited about 45 minutes for them to cool off before cutting.

Step 2: Since I bought green icing, I simply just made some swirls on the brownies to make it look more like a tree. I did a test on how I wanted the swirls on the brownies that didn't quite come out like triangles before doing it on the nicer ones!

Step 3: Use whatever sprinkles or toppings you want and just spread them all over the brownies.

Step 4: To make the trees look a bit cuter, just break a candy cane into smaller pieces and lightly stick them into the brownies. This step is optional if you don't want to do it, but I thought it looked nicer. Just be careful when you do it because you don't want to smear any of the frosting off!

And TA-DA! That's it. 4 simple steps and you got these brownies that look like you spent a good amount of time on them but in reality, you didn't.

Comment below and let me know what you think or if you made them!

Hope you enjoy & have a Merry Christmas :)
